4PB Medical Insurance Credentialing

4PB will provide out-of-network medical insurance credentialing for the top 5 Insurance carriers (Humana, Aetna, Cigna, UHC, BCBS of the client’s state). 4PB will provide step-by-step instructions for completion of CAQH, NPI Registry updates (taxonomy codes), and assistance with obtaining a Type II NPI if needed. Provide notification as credentialing approvals are received.

4 Pillar Billing Medicare Application

4PB will complete the Medicare application. Monitor application status to ensure a streamlined process to obtain approval. Ensure that you are prepared for all stages of the process (Fingerprinting, Site Visit).

4PB Monthly Service Fees

4PB Monthly fee includes unlimited support for insurance-related questions, assistance with estimating OOP expenses by training you, and will provide a dedicated Billing Coordinator.
